ppgame will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ppgame that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify ppgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ppgame shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
All financial transactions on ppgame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ppgame supports the following approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ppgame wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. ppgame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your ppgame Account. ppgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
ppgame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered.

ppgame's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ppgame Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ppgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppgame makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
ppgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an Account on ppgame, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and your use of the Platform's Games and features.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and ppgame, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ppgame's customer support team. ppgame will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ppgame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
