• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be terminated without notice and any balance forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on ppgame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ppgame supports the following approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ppgame wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. ppgame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. • Funds deposited into your ppgame Account are held in a segregated player funds account.

ppgame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ppgame bonuses:

1. Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppgame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.

ppgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppgame makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ppgame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
